Process:
DNS-Plugins sends to you a serial key through Electronic Mail (Email) in return for payment. The serial can be used to activate the software that can be downloaded from this website. If the software from this website is not activated with a valid serial, it works in restricted demo-mode only. The online payment systems handles the transaction process. Information about paying money with PayPal can be found on the PayPal Website (www.paypal.com.) The given information will be sent to DNS-Plugins through the PayPal notification system and you will also receive a notification email from PayPal including all transaction and payment details.
Revocation:
For it is electronically sent software, a right of revocation or return of the plugin and thus a refund of the payment after receiving the serial key does not exist.
Customer Duties:
The Terms Of Use have to be read and understood by you before buying any software from DNS-Plugins. Should this information not be accessible because of arbitrary reasons (server problems or something comparable), you are obliged to contact DNS-Plugins via email or by phone and ask for permission to see the Terms Of Use. If you dont do this, you agree that you have read and understood the information listed here in the Terms Of Use.
Contract:
The contract between you and DNS-Plugins becomes valid with the payment and order. Orders and payments that are not received by DNS-Plugins (may it be a mail server problem or an issue of PayPal) are not valid.
Security and Data Storage:
Any data related to the process of purchasing any software from DNS-Plugins will be stored electronically and in printed version by DNS-Plugins. DNS-Plugins guarantees that all information is handled confidental to the best of DNS-Plugins's knowledge. DNS-Plugins will not give out any information to any third person besides the buyer and seller without your prior and written agreement.
Contract Duration:
The closed contract will remain intact until you receive an Email from DNS-Plugins including the serial key after payment.
Purchasing Costs:
There will only be your usual PayPal costs/fees. This depends on how your PayPal account looks like. There are no other costs charged from DNS-Plugins than the software price itself when using PayPal.
Shipment Duration:
Shipment of any software/serial key may take up to five business days. Otherwise please contact support@dns-plugins.de

Überweisungszahlungen:
Bestellung von Software via deutschem Banktransfer (Überweisung) obliegt den gleichen, in diesen AGBs aufgeführten, Regeln. Der Vertrag kommt mit der Bestellung zustande. Der Vertrag endet mit der ordnungsgemäßen Einzahlung der Gesamtsumme für die bestellten Produkte durch den Kunden (im oberen Teil 'you' genannt), sowie dem Versand der Software bzw. Seriennummern per Email. Diese Zahlungsmethode gilt nur innerhalb Deutschlands.
